Jesus told us to “preach the Gospel of the Kingdom.”
Our understanding is that we as the body of Christ are gifted in many different ways and we run this leadership school to train up leaders who will not only be effective in the local church but will be leaders in the marketplace.
The school focuses on character development in the first half and then on specific leadership training in the second.
How you see the world (your worldview) and how you apply truth in your daily life and everything from how to read the Bible and how to lead a team are discussed and worked through.
This school is meant to draw you into the heart of the Father and then set you on the road to effective leadership, so that carrying His heart within you, you will be effective in influencing others.
